Answer: Kids University welcomes children from 6 weeks to 5 years old for full-time enrollment and up to 13 years old for our after-school program.

Waiting List:

Answer: We currently do not have a waiting list. We invite you to call us to schedule a tour and discuss the best educational options for your child.

Financial Assistance:

Answer: Direct financial assistance is not available through our school, but we can guide you to several external programs that may help cover the cost of education and care. In Georgia, programs include the Center for Family Resources, Must Ministries, Live Safe, and Hope for Atlanta. In Florida, please check our website for ongoing updates on available resources.

Enrollment or Registration Fee:

Answer: An initial non-refundable registration fee of $150 for the first child and $75 for each additional child is required to cover processing and administrative costs. We recommend scheduling a tour and meeting with our team as part of the decision-making process.

Answer: Enrollment requires completing a registration form, paying the registration fee, and submitting your child’s vaccination and medical records along with the first week’s tuition. Answer: At Kids University, we maintain optimal staff-to-child ratios to ensure individualized attention and care:

  • Infants (under 18 months, not walking): 1 teacher to 6 infants.
  • Toddlers (1 year olds walking): 1 teacher to 8 toddlers.
  • Two-year-olds: 1 teacher to 10 children.
  • Three-year-olds: 1 teacher to 15 children.
  • Four-year-olds: 1 teacher to 18 children.
  • Five-year-olds and school-age: 1 teacher to 20-25 children, depending on age.

This is complemented by our close proximity to local authorities in downtown square, GA, ensuring quick response times in emergencies.

Answer: In emergencies, such as severe weather or a fire, our main priority is the safety of the children. We have predefined emergency and evacuation plans, which are regularly rehearsed with both staff and students. Answer: Uniforms are mandatory for all students. Navy blue polos with the school logo and khaki bottoms are required. Fridays are casual days where a Kids University tee shirt may be worn.
